Shopping at Shop4Impact means that you care not only about the products but about the people behind the products as well. We work with artisans all over the world and in many cases, they do not have a lot in stock so it may take a while to get to you. However, we’ll try our best to efficiently communicate with you when products will restock, or ship out.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Most of our products are uniquely made and we are unable to accept returns. There are no returns on used items. If there is a manufacturing defect, damaged in transit or an error with your order, we’ll be more than happy to assist you. Please make sure to reach out within 7 days of receiving the package. Cancellation
Order cancellations can only be made before shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will have to send it back before receiving a refund in its entirety, in original packaging without any damage.

We offer FREE shipping on all the U.S. orders over $99 excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Once you place an order and shipment starts, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can click on the link provided to track your order.
