We work with artisans all over the world and in many cases, they do not have a lot in stock so it may take a while to get to you. However, we’ll try our best to efficiently communicate with you when products will restock, or ship out.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Most of our products are uniquely made and we are unable to accept returns. There are no returns on used items. If there is a manufacturing defect, damaged in transit or an error with your order, we’ll be more than happy to assist you. Please make sure to reach out within 7 days of receiving the package. Order cancellations can only be made before shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will have to send it back before receiving a refund in its entirety, in original packaging without any damage.
We offer FREE shipping on all the U.S. orders over $99 excluding Hawaii and Alaska.
